Calcium, Vitamin D3, Methylcobalamin, L-Methylfolate calcium & pyridoxal-5-phosphate tablets is a drug medication under the branding of CALMOF-XT. It is a multivitamins tablet which is composed of calcium, vitamin d3, and methylcobalamin also known as Vitamin B12. This composition of multivitamins is useful in the treatment of osteoporosis, arthritis or any other form of nutritional deficiency. 
Calcium is an essential mineral required in our diet and its primary functions are bone maintenance, muscle contraction, formation of blood clots and regulations of nerve function. Its deficiency can cause a wide variety of problems in our bodies and it is advisable to take calcium through medication if there is a lack of calcium available in your diet.
